Q: What do I need to provide to create a video infomercial?

A: You upload photos, script, then decide on backgrounds and music. For the Gold Package, if you are including yourself in the video, you will need to send your captured video to us. You can upload video or send the mini DV by postal mail. If you require it, a green screen kit will be sent to you.

Q: How do I insert the video onto my web or auction page?

A: After the video infomercial is produced, we provide code and instructions for how to insert onto your web page. For eBay auctions, we walk you through the steps to include your video.

Q: I don't have the time to design the video infomercial. Can I just give the photo files and promotion details and have you complete the rest?

A: For quick setup you can just upload your photos and then provide details about your product or service. We will handle the rest and select appropriate background scenes and music. We will also create the script and voice over for the video.

Q: How do I know the internet visitor will be able to view and play the infomercial?

A: We provide the infomercial in flash video format (FLV). This FLV format is compatible across all common browsers.

Q: I would like to shoot video at my location and include this into the infomercial. How can I do this?

A: You can create a video clip(s) of yourself or location. You are expected to provide the camcorder and lighting. Once done creating the video you can upload the clips to the internet location we provide or simply send the mini DV cassette by postal mail.

Q: For capturing video at my own location, what options do I have for background scenes?

A: You have the option of using an existing background from your location or make use of a 'green screen' to only capture yourself. For the standard video infomercial (Gold Package) we will ship to you a 'green screen' field kit if you require it. The field kit will allow separation of yourself from the background. This is the same technique used by the weather person on the daily news. Complete instructions are sent with the kit. We are capable through video editing of inserting your video image onto hundreds of enticing background scenes and virtual sets.
